  • LOVE IT HERE AT TALL GRASS!!!!!

    I moved in in September of this year. The apartment is spacious with many amenities. My neighbors are quite and friendly. Lacey, the Manager and her Assistant are friendly and very helpful at all times. When maintenance is needed, they are right there to help!! I totally recommend Tall Grass!!

  • WORST living experience

    If I could give less than a one star review. I would without hesitation. I’ve lived in apartment “community” before. But this is BY FAR the worst one I’ve lived in yet. The management is TERRIBLE and RUDE. My first month living here I was getting continuously harassed by a neighbor. After the moved things began to look somewhat hopeful. Then I get harassed by another tenant of a different building while I’m trying to walk my dog. Daily for at least a month. I brought the concerns to management ...
    several times on BOTH these experiences and get ignored. My fourth month living here I get a call from management telling me their rental insurance company has canceled my policy. After starting a new one less than a week later. Management tries to charge me 3 MONTHS LATER. Telling me they had no proof I had coverage. I ask if I can prove I had the coverage if the charge of over $200 would be dropped. They agreed. I then ask my insurance to email the documents. Management began to put up a fight and not drop the fees. Finally after fixing this issue I am FINALLY looking forward to just leaving this awful place. I am NOW being harassed by ANOTHER tenant in a DIFFERENT BUILDING!!!!!! AGAIN!!!!!!!! I cannot believe how terrible this place is.

  • Good location, flexible management

    I enjoyed my time living at Tall Grass. I had a few unusual situations come up while I was there, and management was always willing to work with me. The dog park is very convenient, and it was a short drive to restaurants, grocery store, et cetera. I have no problem recommending Tall Grass to anyone.

  • Good apartments, iffy management.

    I loved my apartment and now that I've moved, I miss it! But I do not miss the management at all. Very manipulative, would tell you one thing and do something completely different. Our neighbors were a little noisy sometimes but it was okay. Great view, and for the price an overall great apartment.
