The office staff at Tate Mason House Apartment answered the phone when I called on a Tues. or Wed. and helped me with my inquiry about affordable housing. I called other places but no one seems to pick up the phones. The person provided me with a friendly customer service. I was very satisfied with his promptness and knowledge about the housing. He said that it was Professionally managed by Bellwether Housing and I've heard great things about the organization. He checked at other properties for ...
me but I'm only interested to rent at Tate Mason House. He also told me to check back on or before the 10th of the month. Although there isn't an available unit at this time, I would really like to rent a unit at Tate Mason House. I've lived at apartments for a long time and I've had apartments with terrible staff but the staff at Tate Mason House is friendly and welcoming on the phone. He also mentioned about the resident events at the Community Room like the low impact aerobics for seniors and I really like the idea of having been able to use it for my own personal event. I'm sure he is a great person to work with and a valuable asset to Tate Mason House and the organization. He seems to be a caring and a compassionate person. Kudos to him!!!
