I found the refrigerator was not working when I moved in, Taylor Street said they'd have it replaced in 2 weeks. The rep laughed at me on the phone when I said that sounded unacceptable to me. They did not care that I lost several hundred dollars worth of meat.
The shower caulking was poorly done and this lead to mold behind the bathroom wall. They repeatedly ignore my related service request (still unresolved.
My first rent increase was 25% my 2nd rent increase was 40%. Also, be wary of ...
the excessive fees that can add up to hundreds of dollars. This is definitely a low cost housing provider here, just verify that they are priced accordingly because you may expect more in return for what you are paying.
