We are so looking forward to moving in this week! This apartment is a great fit for us, allowing dogs, having an outdoor area for my kids, including heat and hot water and its very close to my husband's job! We got very lucky finding this! Not to mention how friendly and helpful the realty office has been!

We were so excited to move to Tekoa. It’s quiet, clean, and private. We have plenty of space for our dogs and don’t have to worry about crazy heat bills during the winter with that being included!

I love the country setting of Tekoa Mountain Apartments. Close to everything but far enough to relax. I found this apartment for my parents so they could be closer to me. The size and location are perfect. There is a cute grassy sitting area out back surrounded by woods so no noisy neighbors! what a plus!

Madison Square Realty was efficient and responsive with any and all maintenance requests. Melanie and Jessie were especially helpful and professional. Vlad the maintenance tech was also great! I loved my apartment and the neighborhood. It was very safe and quiet. Thank you Tekoa Mountain Apartments!
