After being here 6 months, the main plus to living here is how on-top-of-things maintenance is. When I was touring the property, I was informed the main maintenance guy has been here for decades and considers the property his. This is evident as I never have to wait to get things fixed when they're urgent. The downfall I have experienced is several incidents within my first month here where the decorating clauses I was aware of were not in alignment with what they said was in the lease. As is ...

normal with apartments, each decoration we put up that didn't fit their mold resulted in an eviction warning. I realize this is SOP but it is a little stressful when I am trying to make my patio cozy and inviting and then I get a notice I'm going to get kicked out for it. I mean, at least five notices for different infractions. Anyway, since that period has ended it has been pretty peaceful.
