The office staff has always been friendly and helpful whenever I’ve had questions, and maintenance has been responsive when I’ve needed them. The community feels safe, quiet, and well taken care of, and it’s nice seeing all of the improvements being made around the property. Overall, I’m really happy I chose Ten31 and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to call home.

We love being in the Centerville school district plus it’s close to the Washington Township rec plex. The office has a coffee bar / hot chocolate that is perfect this time of year. They have new constructed apartments too if you want something brand new with peace of mind.
