Clean, quiet and nice place to call home

The only review I see is from 3 1/2 years ago. I’m in complete disagreement with that review. I moved in here 5 months ago. I have not seen even 1 bug indoors. My 1 maintenance request was also addressed promptly. The property is also under new management since that review. Everything is handled through the tenant portal. There’s no onsite management or maintenance, but they can be contacted and do address maintenance issues. The gardeners are here weekly. The common areas are clean, maintained ...

and well lit. The neighbors friendly when you see them. Most keep to themselves as do I. There were residents (and apparently extra people) living in 2 units that had excessive traffic by car and bikes at all hours when I first moved in, but they are no longer here. Thumbs up to property management on that. The complex and surrounding area is peaceful and I enjoy relaxing on my back patio in the mornings and evenings. The area is vehicle dependent for most errands. There are plenty of stores within a few miles. The bus stops are close by and they run regularly if needed.

horrile place do not live here . the maintnence is like none existent. there is bugs and landlord is not trusting at all
