Stay away, far away
October 3, 2018I lived here for a year 2017-18. Very poorly managed and maintained. Management made it very clear policy and procedures are for their benefit and tenants are considered last. Few places to walk dogs on grounds leaving many to let dogs relieve themselves by the building entrances making for that lovely latrine smell every time you went to step outside. This is an older complex where management has cut every corner possible during “renovations”. My unit featured paint and plumbing work by yet to ...be skilled workers. The repainted bathtubs liked to shed their re-coating on a regular basis. Management had to turn off the hot water for 3 days and all water for an entire day while fixing a leak in the middle. Zero compensation for tenants inconvenienced. If you are looking for a cheap place that costs a lot where you won’t receive much value for your rent then you’re in the right place. Also I have no idea where all the positive reviews are coming from other than management as most tenants I know can’t stand the place.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
