You almost don't want any visitors because the hallway is disgusting! And the grass surrounding the buildings are coverd in dog crap. When update or trying to update the kitchen and bathroom cabinets they painted over the dust and seems like mixed acrylic paint with latex because when whipping them down they get sticky. The laundry mat looks nice but washers have roaches along with all buildings.
