Horrible for short term stays
September 1, 2021I am a travel nurse who lived here for three months over the summer. The apartment that was rented was not cleaned prior to move in, even though they took out a $125 cleaning fee. The property manager, an older lady, won’t disclose her name, forgets often. After multiple requests for them to fix a mirror and drapes that fell, at the end of renting, still weren’t fixed. Also my last day of renting there was July 10th. It is now September and I have not received my deposit money back. a great place to live
May 18, 2020we moved in around October 2019 and we absolutely love it! Its secure, and safe, the parking lot is well lit, all walkways are well lit, the other people who live there are friendly, and welcoming. you are walking distance from dining, gas stations, and other stores. the property is kept up and maintained very well. 24/7 on call maintenance, 24/7 laundry facility on site, along with hook ups in each unit. very nice in ground pool, that is well maintained. over all, an absolutely great place to ...live.. my only complaint is sometimes their is an issue with parking, as where we are so close to the capitol , that a lot of people use the lot to park that are not tenants. and no assigned parking. other than that, its fantastic and we love it here!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
