Awful Experience
May 7, 2025My experience over the last 6 months of my lease has been awful. This apartment complex is now requiring “quarterly inspections of units”. Meaning they now require you to allow them to “inspect your apartment” once every three months. I have never experienced that from an apartment complex before. Terrawood does a terrible job at enforcing any of the apartment rules. The dog park is constantly covered with dog poop, there are loud gatherings into 2 AM in the main common area/fire pit area. Last ...weekend it quite literally shook my apartment until midnight because there was an unsanctioned event with 200+ people at it literally in the center of the apartment complex. I feel as though this apartment complex has been losing residents at a rapid rate; and they have no lowered the standards of who can live here. It’s starting to become more like Oak Cliff here, and less like Grapevine. Safe to say I will not be renewing. Read before moving here
May 12, 2022I've lived here almost two years. The rent has skyrocketed since I have been here. They charge as much as new apartments in the area do, but Terrawood is not nearly as nice as they are. If you want to pay rent with a credit card, there is a 2.5 percent processing fee. Be prepared to step in dog poop because they don't replenish the dog bags around the complex for weeks at a time. Make sure you look at the dog park before moving here. Its small and right next to the dumpster. For what they are ...charging you could be living in a much nicer apartment complex. Management is also unwilling to help you out in any way.Property Manager Responded

Terrawood Apartments
October 7, 2015I recently relocated from Wisconsin and would highly recommend the community of Terrawood Apartments. The staff was wonderful to work with coordinating a long distance move. Community is very well maintained and clean and all the staff members are so nice and customer service orientated. Great place to live if you have dogs as well.Review from Apartments.com

September 13, 2015I've lived at Terrawood for five years now and have been extremely pleased with this community. The apartments are finished out well (granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and wood floors) and the community open spaces are like living in a luxury resort (beautiful pool area and new outside kitchen/entertaining and dining area in 2015. The management staff has been exceptional and has addressed issues immediately. I travel a lot for business and this location is very convenient to DFW ...(I can typically be at the gate within 20 minutes of leaving my apartment) I'm usually not very impressed with apartment communities, but this one is fantastic. 5 Stars!Property Manager Responded
