June 5, 2025Terrazzo Apartments is in a great area close to 183, HEB, and Domain. It is very quiet and the apartments are affordable compared to other places nearby. I have seen a lot of improvements recently as there is new lighting, pool, etc. Thank you!Property Manager Responded

April 1, 2025Just okay apartments and management. The guest bedroom always have a heating / cooling problem and the reason being it is far from AC unit. Security wise also management not doing what they promise - no lights in courtyard and entry gate is broken from a long time . People stay here just for the good schoolsProperty Manager Responded
