I moved here 3 years ago and over that span of time things at the complex have gotten worse and worse. Mailboxes are locked and unlocked whenever management feels like it, DO NOT pay for a parking spot because they do not enforce it, gates are broken so anyone can wander in off the street, had attempted car break ins several times since I've been here, management does not check the renter portal and will charge you for insurance even when you uploaded proof of insurance on time, the leasing ...
office hours are when you will be working and the pool is gross. I can keep going but will spare your time, just don't live here.

This apartment complex really went down hill. We had to move out of here due to increased rent and poor maintenance. The pool is unsafe, the security is non-existent with broken gates. The walk ways are lifting creating tripping hazard. Crime is rampant. Rats around trash areas. There are hidden utilities fees. Trash alone for everyone is over $70/month. On top of rent!! Mailbox’s constantly were broken into. Stairs are rotted with termites. We once loved the place but no longer can recommend ...

If you want to feel unsafe please move in. The gates are ALWAYS open, security cameras do not work, security sleeps on the job, front office is nice but they don’t care, rent is 2,000+ and it’s not worth it. Keep looking trust me.

I've lived here at Tesero for a year and half and I enjoy being here. It's quiet and neighbors are respectful. Management always friendly and answers any questions I may have. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. I would recommend this complex to anyone, and as an older person who just enjoys peace and quiet I have not been disappointed.

This place is infested with roaches. The people's washer above us broke and flooded their apartment floor, flooding our kitchen and dining room roof area and they did nothing about it. There is popcorn ceiling. Management is hard to get ahold of. The rent is constantly increasing. The machine to require a gate key is always broken. After leaving they tore the carpet up to try to find anything to charge us for.
