Our camera system provides around the clock coverage of all common areas and private parking spaces. On-site coin operated laundry room, ice maker and internet available for all residents to use in common area. No long-term contract required; month to month agreements available. Please be aware there is an additional utility bundle charge of $100/month per person that covers water, sewer, garbage, electric, and heat. Some units have access to private balcony. Incredible price and location!! Bedding and TVs not included.
