One of the most expensive apartments Jn Syracuse. Good thing —tall ceilings, exposed brick, a few restaurants walking distance. Bad — noisy, especially if you face armory square and garbage truck loads/unloads trash at 5 o’clock in the morning — woke me up every time. Also very noisy a/c unit from near hotel. Street noise especially on weekends — people yell and scream. Need to be careful on price as they seem to vary and not published upfront. A lots of homeless people asking for change. Garage ...
