February 17, 2026This apartment is amazing. I'm in a university studio and it's very spacious. The rooms are definitely not equal in size, but I lucked out with a big one. The amenities are nice but not amazing. For example, there are little annoyances like the shades being cheap and easily broken and the lack of counter space. As for the other services in the apartment, it's so nice to have a gym but it is small and some machines are broken. I injured myself and had to use the shuttle which like for most of the ...things in the 505 are MOSTLY reliable. I would recommend people to live here. We had a run in with disrespectful neighbors but that's not a fair generalization for the apartment as a whole. I've only submitted one maintenance request, and it was taken care of very fast.Property Manager Responded

March 30, 2025The location is quite convenient, which is a plus. However, the noise level in the building is a constant issue, making it difficult to enjoy some peace and quiet. Additionally, the staff isn't always helpful, which can be frustrating when trying to address concerns. Overall, while there are some redeeming qualities, the ongoing noise problems and less-than-friendly service hold this place back from being a top choice.Property Manager Responded
