Just stating facts
February 4, 2024They covered a burned up outlet with new face plate. Took the one week to fix every single plug in the unit. They never took anything off my rent for me not being able to move in. Also on day of move in the toilet seat fell off. The water to the toilet was not even turned on. The bathroom sink when turned on was so strong that it shot water all the way to the ceiling. When we went to pick up the keys on move in day the maintenance man told the manager that the apartment was not ready and she ...said it was. Best lipstick on a pig apartment remodel I have ever in my life. Management has changed twice.. Pool has not been open since I moved in 2 years now. . Get used to mice and roaches. Even if you use their pest control and keep a clean apartment they are present everywhere. I even went to the feed store on Flores and got the strong stuff. Nope still have them. Ask anyone that lives here. My friends car was stolen twice and creak ins to cars here is high. . I have placed over 35 requests on the plumbing in my unit alone for one issue. I have gone several weekends with having to flush my toilet with a pot of water and hope it wouldn't come up. Woke up too many times to count at like 3am sopping up sewage off my floor. I have begged them to get a professional plumbing out. No all they do is Auger it. The problem still happens. The residents that lived in the apartment I moved into had been relocated to a unit on the same property for this exact sewage issue. This been going on for years. New management has not mowed the property since they took over like fall of last year. The fence near my building caught on fire last year and the burnt up fence is still there. Not fixed and just trashy as of 02/02/2024. You will get your steps in taking your trash to the dumpsters. They are far far away from some units. There is no dog park. Residents do not keep their dogs on a leash and some residents tie their dog to a tree outside of their unit even though the contract says that is a no no. There is no playground. I am really trying hard to think of a positive here. Drawing a blank other than City Base is 3 miles away. That pic where you can see the roof is what my AC closet looked like. Took them 1 1/2 years to fix it. Well. I am tired of typing. Trust me I have had way more issues. Thanks for reading my review. I will let you decide if you moving in.Property Manager Responded

Don’t move here

Deceiving, Incompetent, Unhelpful management
July 19, 2022Terribly incompetent and deceiving management. We toured an apartment two weeks ago which was newly renovated and told we cannot see the non renovated apartment yet but that they were exactly the same except the light fixtures and wall color. After several phone calls and visits we were finally able to see the non renovated apartment after putting in a deposit. The apartment was completely rundown with stained carpets instead of the hardwood we were showed, damages to the walls, and damaged ...cabinets and countertops from the 1800s. We of course wanted to withdraw our application because we were deceived as to what the apartment would look like. Then we were told we cannot get our deposit back! After talking with several other renters here we quickly realized the tricks and lies these people like to pull. Buyer beware and rent elsewhere. Not to mention the fees for the fees here.
