DIRTY AND GRIMY
June 6, 2023The building is not maintained at ALL. Extremely dirty with bugs. There is not much if any maintenance, the laundry room is absolutely horrible.Review from Apartments.com
No Response ever
June 16, 2022You can never get a response no matter how many emails, texts, or calls to try to get in touch with someone. Maintenance issues are never fixed. Water constantly gets shut off for entire days. Don't ever expect them to contact you back when there is an issue or fix anything they promise. It is a nightmare living with them. Still haven't gotten my security deposit back after I moved out months ago and they told me it was getting refunded to me.Review from Apartments.com
I’d think twice about this one
October 18, 2021I wouldn’t advise staying in this building with the current ownership. They constantly make multiple careless mistakes, are very hard to get in touch with when problems arise and will not fix issues in a timely manner. While the price and location are great, I would strongly recommend you weigh these pros with the major con of sub par management.Review from Apartments.com
