Pictures don’t look nothing like in person

When I viewed the property, I noticed several differences between the pictures advertised online and what is actually available. The pictures show a coffee machine in the clubhouse, but there was no coffee machine when I toured the property. Additionally, the Sports Lounge rooftop/deck does not look anything like the pictures that were advertised, also feel that the private entrance could have been designed more conveniently in the back near the parking area. Having the entrance closer to the ...
parking would provide residents with easier and more direct access to their homes, especially when carrying groceries or other items. Also, I wish that they had better amenities.
Overall, I feel that some of the amenities and features shown in the advertising do not accurately reflect what is currently available at the property.

As a brand-new community, some of our original marketing materials included renderings designed to illustrate the vision and intended use of our spaces prior to completion. Although most of the renderings are as accurate as possible, some areas are not complete as of yet.
