2 Years & Staying Until I leave Baltimore!
December 11, 2022I love living here! I moved in Nov. 2020 and have lived (& wfh) on the 5th floor since. I end up being home ~18+ hours per day - you can hear some people in the hallway, but never apartment-to-apartment. My 1-bedroom is fairly priced & the contract states a max of 5% increase year-over-year which is really nice. I've had to put in two maintenance requests since moving in & both have been responded to within 24 hours. The first, the apartment above me had a leaking washing machine & it was ...resolved within 12 hours. The second, my heat was acting up & not working (still staying above 65F in Dec.) and they gave me a space heater & resolved the issue in a couple days. Really great staff & incredibly respectful. I've never had a package stolen (even when addressed to the wrong apartment!) & the location is great. Parking is $160 for one car - but you also live in the best place (& most expensive garage) in the city.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Terrible
January 11, 2022The building has a significant rat problem. I have live in AB for going on 3 years and this became a problem within the last 1.5 years. I've observed them not only in the hallway (trash is stored in a room on the same floor as residents) but also in my apartment. Maintenance has sent out extermination services to no avail. Would not recommend building.Review from Apartments.com
Unresponsive
September 22, 2020I don’t understand how the leasing office expects people to become residents if potential customers have to continuously chase and call only to be met with no response. I’ve been making attempts at giving this establishment my money for over 3 months now with zero response. It’s really tragic because this property seems very nice.Review from Apartments.com
No Response
June 22, 2020We were very interested in renting a 2 bedroom from this property, but after many unanswered calls--some with voicemail boxes full and others able to leave a voicemail--they never contacted us back over a period of weeks. Furthermore, we did try to email them multiple times through this website and their own. Although the prices, amenities, and location seem great, they don't seem to have a good leasing team to speak with--and simply return the calls of--prospective tenants. I wouldn't waste your ...time attempting to visit, apply, and contact this property. Even if you are eventually able to get a hold of them and lease an apartment, keep this in mind when you have to file a maintenance request...Property Manager Responded
August 4, 2020We are so sorry to hear about your experience. We apologize that you did not receive follow-up after reaching out to our leasing team. We will be sure to address this issue. If you are still interested in renting an apartment, please email: residentrelations@pmcpropertygroup.com

Lived here for a year
July 24, 2018Love the great location to walk to everything in the Inner Harbor. PMC group has high turnover causing management of this building to leave a lot desired. During the winter my apartment lost heat for two days without anyone doing anything. There are electrical problems in the building causing crazy high electric bills. I basically begged BGE to give me a break after several months of bills over $400. Poor insulation paired with electrical outages because the power grid was not set properly for ...the size of the apartments causes this. Sad to say it doesn’t stop there. Trying to get anything resolved when something breaks or is broken when you move in is a hassle taking several days to be resolved. My dishwasher was missing a piece for so long I went ahead and bought it myself so my dishes wouldn’t break went pulling out the rack. Fire alarm covers were missing on move in that were never fixed. The fire alarms do go off more than any other place I have lived in. The security desk is a joke. There is no daytime security or person onsite to direct deliveries. Our packages have a room but delivery people are not notified of a code so they sit out to be rummaged threw by whomever. The rooftop and basement amenities are nice when functional. The basement was wet and wild for a while causing it to be dangerous to play basketball. The rooftop deck and gym have lots of games and workout space. The gym is always stifling hot. I guess they don’t want an excessive electric bill ? Parking is not connected and you will be fighting tourists for parking spots in the two closest garages at busy times. $140-150 per car. My apartment itself is lovely inside with a nice kitchen and baths. I can, however, hear people’s conversations OUTSIDE on a regular basis. On the weekends and at night it gets pretty rowdy if you are on a lower floor near the garage. City living at its finest. Smoke: I always smell cigarette smoke and weed. I’m pretty sure it’s supposed to be a nonsmoking building since PMC would send out threatening emails about not smoking when the building was first opened and has since stopped with the ongoing problem. Trash: the trash area is kept very clean but people drop trash in the halls all the time. There have also been a few episodes of someone taking a poo at the back door so watch your step. I personally would not spend $2400 to live here again. There are still lots of kinks this company needs to figure out with this building for what they are charging.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Current situation
May 21, 2018currently live here only because it is close to school. its a cute apartment, but the management here is AWFUL. all the other buildings in the area have parties for residents, not here. They NEVER respond to your email EVER.. you have to harass them to even have a chance. fire alarms get pulled at 2am and they don't know how to turn the alarm off. PLUS they'll say that we have security here... don't believe them. we SOMETIMES have this guy who sits at the front desk after 5pm maybe 3 times a week ...max. everyone here is currently leaving! can't wait to do the same.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
