November 5, 2024Apartments are nice, and the community manager is nice. They look at before tax, when calculating if you make under the amount to live there. As someone who definitely doesn’t make enough to live in boise after tax, this is ridiculous.Review from Apartments.com

Rude Unprofessional Staff
August 7, 2024I had a scheduled appointment with the property manager at the arbours, and it was a terrible experience. She was incredibly rude and seemed completely disinterested in helping me. Despite having a confirmed appointment, she acted as if I was an inconvenience. Her unprofessionalism and lack of courtesy were shocking. I would not recommend dealing with this property manager to anyone.Review from Apartments.com
