We are just moving into The Arches, and so far the experience has been very positive. The leasing and move-in process has been smooth, and the staff has been helpful and welcoming throughout. These apartments are good. Rent is fair. Some Neighbors are not friendly but oh well. We have enjoyed our time here. I would recommend to friends. It's a busy area heart of the city but nice.
