    • Quiet but other issues

      January 10, 2023
      Currently living at the arroyo, and there have been an array of issues since we’ve moved in, the trash chute has been blocked multiple times leaving trash to spill out into the garbage room as well as a broken sauna (2+ months) and men’s restroom in the gym was also out of order for about a month. In addition, we have been living at the arroyo for about 7 months and management has changed multiple times. It is a quiet however I am currently looking at different options.

      I LOVE living here! The complex has all the amenities you could want, is VERY clean, and always smells nice in the halls. The staff is very friendly and helpful and it seems that all the residents are nice and friendly as well. I NEVER have issues with loud noises due to the cement walls and the quality of materials inside the apartments is top-notch. This is the best place I have ever lived!

      Quiet building- especially on top floor, hardly ever hear neighbors! Busy corner though at Civic and Ygnacio so be aware of it. Easy to get all over the area and parking is safe and convenient. Wish we had more storage room downstairs (although they offer some now for extra cost, I think.)

      The Arroyo is the best building in Walnut Creek. The apartments are spacious and there is a lot of storage. I also love that every apartment has an outdoor patio. There is an amazing roof top pool/spa with outdoor kitchen that we use all of the time. There is also a very clean gym and a co-working lounge that is great when working from home. There is also a fantastic dog run that surrounds the building, which my dog loves! The management is also very communicative and responsive. My wife and I ...

      Quiet community with excellent amenities, beautiful grounds and a fantastic leasing staff. Safe and secure location with gated underground parking and entrance requiring a key fob for access. Great location within walking distance to downtown. I have lived in many apartments around the area and The Arroyo Residences is without a doubt one of the best! I recommend Arroyo to anyone looking for a new home.
