March 17, 2026Honestly, it's a nice place, been here for several years and currently here. very quiet. Nice amenities, staff is friendly from what I've experienced. The main drawback is the laundry mat machines barely work. However this could be avoided if you get apt with washer dryer hookup included. Also lately seems like the qualifications or vetting process has been slipping. Some of theses new tenants be questionable at best. The place got old bones, so things will break, however maintenance is ...ACTIVE as hell. everytime I had issues is was addressed same day or next day regardless of surverity. DO NOT MOVE HERE
January 27, 2026My apartment flooded 2 times in 3 months. I called to ask to be moved to another unit and was told "apartments flood all the time" (?? what???) and that there are no apartments they can guarantee won't flood. Property manager refused to refund rent or let me move to another unit. Front desk staff are nice but management is very poor. I was EXTREMELY lucky none of my items got damaged during these two incidents. Don't move here if you don't want to deal with constant flooding and no sympathy.Property Manager Responded
April 29, 2026We’re really sorry you had to deal with a flood in your apartments. We know how frustrating something like a backup can be. We do want to clarify a few things for anyone reading. There was one flooding incident, not two, and it was caused by a temporary backup that affected multiple units in the building. Once it happened, plumbers addressed the issue right away, and our team got in quickly to clean and sanitize your apartment. Thankfully, none of your personal belongings were damaged, and our staff even helped wash towels and clean affected areas. We understand why you were upset, and we did our best to resolve everything as quickly as possible. While we weren’t able to offer free rent for February, we did offer a transfer to another unit, which you accepted, and we’re glad we could make that happen for you. Our team really does care about our residents and works hard to respond quickly and help out when unexpected issues come up. Roaches Crime and Drugs
July 29, 2024Lived here for a year. Was a truly awful experience. Apartment always smelled like weed. Blue lights always outside. Roaches (German) all in the kitchen dishwasher stove etcProperty Manager Responded
February 10, 2025Smoking is not permitted inside our apartments, and we encourage residents to report any violations directly to the office so that we can promptly address them. Regarding pest concerns, we provide regular pest control services and are always available to schedule additional treatments upon request. In our experience, consistent pest control combined with maintaining a clean living environment effectively resolves most pest issues.

Roach infestation in Bld 4
July 12, 2021I've been in my unit for 3 weeks and I haven't gone a single day without roaches -- trust me when I say that the leasing office doesn't care, and their attitude about moving into an uninhabitable unit is "sucks to suck." There's carpet all over the units which you won't find on their website, and as echoed in previous comments, the in unit washer and dryer don't work. I got this place sight unseen from another state and it's been the absolute worst experience. Avoid at all costs!Review from Apartments.com
Huge fees, roaches and broken washers
March 10, 2021Shame on me for not reading every single word on the lease because I had to move out early (my job put me in the hospital for stress and the only new job I could find was more than an hour away) because they charged me $3000 dollars in penalties. Not to mention the frequent large roaches let in through negligent craftsmanship and washers that were almost all always broken. Only good part is the pool. March 3, 2021None of the washers in the laundromats work and when submitting service request they still don’t fix them or they may fix 1 out of the 6. The machines are old and out of date and the laundromat area is dirty. The dog park is also very unkept.Review from Apartments.com

Don't live here
May 19, 2017Management is nice and the apartments are okay, but the maintenance has to be the worse thing on the face of the planet. I can fix anything they had "fixed" much better, and it wouldn't break down again 2 weeks later. Their policies within the leasing contract are some of the most ludicrous I have found in my many years of renting. You can't even have a fish without paying extra rent for a pet contract. ... really? They don't give you half of what they advertise living-wise. Laundry onsite is ...always broken, pools are never cleaned, tennis courts are in a state of disrepair. The floor within my apartment has mold growing underneath it, and nothing had been done about it even after it was listed as a problem when first moving in.
