Noise Issues
February 12, 2025
I have lived in the Asher for 10 months, and have been able to hear my my next door neighbors sneeze, unload their dishwashers, have conversations inside their apartments, watch television. I have been able to hear what I imagine is every footstep from the upstairs apartment, as well. I feel that I have almost no privacy because of this. I have contacted Keenan Management several times to ask for solutions, but they have provided none. Additionally, it has snowed a few times this winter and I ...
have left the building at around 7:30am-8:30am and the sidewalk outside of the building has not yet been shoveled. I would not recommend this apartment building to anyone.
