Noise Issues
February 12, 2025I have lived in the Asher for 10 months, and have been able to hear my my next door neighbors sneeze, unload their dishwashers, have conversations inside their apartments, watch television. I have been able to hear what I imagine is every footstep from the upstairs apartment, as well. I feel that I have almost no privacy because of this. I have contacted Keenan Management several times to ask for solutions, but they have provided none. Additionally, it has snowed a few times this winter and I ...have left the building at around 7:30am-8:30am and the sidewalk outside of the building has not yet been shoveled.
