I'm quite pleased with my apartment in Ashley Bluffview. The professional management team is always helpful, though sometimes it takes a bit longer to get maintenance issues resolved, but in the end, the issue does get resolved so that's a plus

Living at the Ashley

The Ashley purchased the complex a few months ago. Since the Ashley took over a lot of residents were forced out to live here after 20 to 40 years living in the complex because they were in a fixed income and they couldn't afford the rent. My car got tow from the carport that I have to pay monthly because I didn’t have a sticker. After coming back from getting my car and miss a day of work, I had to call the police and get an incident number because the leasing agent at the office refused to give ...
me a sticker. The leasing agent is rude, never answers the phone and refuses to help the residents asking them to make any request on line. All they are doing is forcing the tenants to leave so they can upgrade the apartments and charge more rent.

The community director, KyRen, is so friendly and helpful. My family and I are homeowners in the neighborhood and are moving to The Ashley during a renovation. While the community is older, we have chosen it over the new construction in the area because of the customer service we have exprienced. Every question we have had has been answered and we have been treated kindly and warmly each time.
