Bed bugs, roaches, horrible management
February 16, 2019Charges you for bed bug treatments that aren't done.. Sewage is backed up and you will get blamed and threatened about charges because it's somehow your fault.. I can't believe the things i had to go through living in this place.. Looks can be deceivingProperty Manager Responded
February 18, 2019Hello, We do charge for bed bug treatments if you are aware that you have bed bugs while living in the home. It does state in your lease that if you bring in bed bugs while living in the home there is a fee to treat them. We do conduct roach spays at any time that we are aware of a problem happening in your unit. We have had sewage back ups but they are always taken care of in a accordingly manner. We are very sorry for any problems that you had while living here.

New Plaza 24
January 27, 2017New owners have started the renovations for West Oaks, they're giving it a new look inside and out! Plaza 24 is soon to have their grand opening and the platinum units are beautiful! Great management and looking beautiful! I'm so excited to see what they do next!!! It's looking like an entirely different place with a very modern feel.
