August 14, 2015I was born in LA and have lived all over this great city. Moved to The BW 5 months ago and I must say I've got very little to complain about. Everyone is friendly and helpful from leasing managers to concierge, 24-7 valet personnel, and the building handyman. I use the gym every single day and the rooftop jacuzzi weekly. Both the lobby and rooftop wifi work like a charm and the room service experience from the restaurant below is tough to beat.
