I love the location, the garage door and balcony for every apartment is amazing ( my friends are jealous.) I can walk to the district, school, or go shopping. There is new management and work orders get done really fast! There a plans for new everything too :)

Looks nice but not worth the price. Property manager who doesn’t answer phone calls or emails. Leaves work early and arrives late. Maintenance requests go unanswered for months even when they are causing property damage. The building advertises secured doors but the doors remain unlocked even at the urging of the residents and many parents. The building was poorly built and has crooked walls, windows that are not sealed, and major HVAC issues. Save your money and live somewhere else. Only good ...
