Nothing like a visionary building! This is what your art work is all about, thinking about urban lifestyle, this place is about upcoming artists, lifestyle and much more. Great building, awesome views and great price... The dog friendly part is questionable, it does have to be a certain size and so forth, but generally a great area and place to live. Youth oriented neighborhood!

I lived in the building for 4 years. What a great place to live and or work. The management takes pride in quality of life and living standards, and it shows. I recommend anyone within the budget to this landmark building.
