Overall I really like living at the Bartram. The 3 bedroom is a really decent size, with nice bathrooms that have garden tubs, a decent kitchen with lots of cabinet space, and good amenities. The club house is really nice and the lap pool and main pool are both good, there are grills that you can use, and you're able to reserve the clubhouse if you want. Also it's great to have a parking garage, although it's sometimes hard to get a good spot. The negatives for me have been: the third bedroom is ...
small- the closet bathroom are pretty small too, sometimes the front office can be a little unhelpful, NOT a full size fridge, utilities can run a little high sometimes, balconies in some apartments are high, and there are a few fees that can be annoying ($400 pet fee & $25-$50 dollars to live in certain areas/floors. If you like motivated and respectful neighbors or roommates this is the place to live. I've been here for almost two years and I am extending my lease for 2016. It has the best management staff,and maintenance engineers at the university of Florida. They are loving people here. It's quiet there are two pools, a dog park, a gym just for starters.

However, for the Gainesville Market, it seems way out of proportion and it seems to keep going up with no end in sight, even for current residents who want to re-sign with the complex. If you get back after 8PM, you'll be parking on the 6th floor - which can be a hassle if you're like me and have to bring your work bag, plus whatever files (and/or groceries) from your car to your apartment (which, depending on where in the complex you live, can be quite a long walk).
