About The Berkshire Senior Living
WE ARE AN ACTIVE SENIOR COMMUNITY FOR PEOPLE 55 YEARS AND OLDER. We are located in the downtown area of West Allis. The Farmer's Market and Pick N Save are within simple walking distances. Three city bus stops are located at our front door! We have bingo, a community room with a full kitchen, birthday parties, lunch bunches, movie night, coffee clutch, community TV's with cable and Wii games, coloring, a library, bible study, church, and all kinds of social activities right here on site. We have elevators with access to each floor. We also have trash chutes and laundry facilities on each floor. Your new unit features a dishwasher, garbage disposal, and electric stove. Underground reserved parking space HEATED included (upon availability) in rent along with heat, trash, gas and recycling. Applications are processed on a first come first served basis. Don't hesitate to give us a call if this is something that suits your needs. *There is a $10 application fee. Limited time offer, income limits and restrictions apply.

The Berkshire
August 6, 2015Most of the modestly priced senior living apartments I've seen are designed like cracker boxes--zero charm. The Berkshire Apartments contradict that characterization by working nooks and crannies into a contemporary setting, encouraging an eclectic blend of vintage and contemporary furnishings to give the living space a more personal touch. The apartment retains some of the feel of an older home while offering the convenience of wider passageways, senior-friendly bathrooms, and a community of ...peers.
