    With responsive mangement, expert maintenance, a charming and expert door staff, and exquisite amenities, the Bernardin is a great place to live. It is hard to believe that a rental building is able to offer conditions that are better than the conditions in some condominium buildings located in the same neighborhood. I feel most fortunate that I found my way into the Bernardin.

    I had a great welcome here. The elevators are quick and never cramped. The pool deck is very nice and the gym is always quiet. My favorite part is the coffee machine downstairs.

    With helpful concierge staff, efficient and effective management, and exquisite amenities and common areas, the Bermardin is a great place to live. In a surprising way, this building in a state of continuous improvement. The maintenance staff responds instantly. The building is continuously refreshed and remarkably clean. It is a pleasure to walk through the corridors and around the common areas. This is a building where all things are done well.

    I love living here! Being a smaller building, there’s a great community feel. It’s very nice to get to know the people who work here and neighbors who live here. The apartments and amenities are all very nice, but my absolute favorite part is the pool deck in the summer — it’s a beautiful oasis that makes you feel like you’re on vacation!
