Loved it here! Maintenance was always quick with fixes, if you live on the west side of the building, be ready to always hear whatever band that’s playing at Cobra Cabana, but the plus of that is that if you want some nightlife and don’t know where to find it, you’ll always hear it! old, worn-down flooring, so worn down to the point where the floorboards close to the windows would often have bugs crawling around them; tiny bugs, but still bugs. My roommate with the window would often find carpet beetles in her room, likely from all the cracks in the floors. But for a Richmond apartment, it’s worth your while! Super close to vcu campus and the bus station along with all the other fun things in the area. Trash pickup was always on-time, they never missed a day. The in-unit laundry is high-end, as well as the bathrooms. Utility costs were fairly priced, and it’s a good bang for your buck if you’re looking for a decent amenity-living space! Loved the tall ceilings, got many compliments on them. I’ll miss it here, and honestly it’ll be hard to beat this place. Biggs will always have my heart, full of so many memories:)
