So many problems
June 30, 2021Its a very old building with charm but also lots of problems. My advice is to not avoid the red flags. The leasing manager definitely told me things would be fixed and refinished before move in and they weren't. Then with covid it took months. My bathroom was leaking brown water from the ceiling and walls and I was forced to not be home for 2 weeks (without compensation) The final straw for me was the break ins. The building wasn't secured and someone broke in and stole packages (roughly 1k ...of property from me) Then next month in January (there was another. Police were involved both times. To make matters worst the second break in wasn't told by the management company, another resident posted signs on everyone's doors.
