This place does not fix anything. Upon move in nothing I said needed fixing was fixed. While living there I had to have mantince come 4 times and I hadn't been there a month. My oven was broke for weeks until they finally gave me a new after spending over hundreds of dollers eating out. I needed a new balcony and when ripped up you could smell the mold again this was after a week of being there. They do not keep up this property ! The windows and balcony doors are always comming off track. They ...

do not spend money on quality items or any type of care to make this complex feel or even look asehtically appealing. The paint on the doors are peaking off. Beware this is not worth the money ! Unfortunately I'm stuck here until the lease is up and them I'm gone ! They don't even have lines painted on the ground for parking spots !

The Bluffs at Fairway have the laziest leasing consultants and maintenance. The tenants are TERRIBLE, and for all that money you don’t even get a washer or dryer in your unit. These properties should be shut down, do not safety your time and money.

I have been a resident at the Bluffs at Fairway Hills for over three years. I have learned that Maintenance is excellent and management is fast to respond to any of your concerns. Is it a wonderful location near a golf course and the area is very walkable. I have referred others to the community will continue to do so. Also, I would like to note that I have never had a pest problem here!!

Didn't seem to care when tenant was injured on property. They will only fix certain issues if forced by the County. Emergency maintenance is not performed in a timely manner. Customer service is poor. There's also a lack of privacy sometimes; they have entered my apartment without notice for non-emergencies. Outside trash receptacles are left open (attracting rodents) and sometimes trash is on the ground. A number of people have been surprisingly charged for kitchen countertop damages after ...

vacating. They assume it's due to remodeling of kitchens in vacant apartments. Henn-Webb is a poor property management company.
