December 25, 2025I like it here. The neighborhood is wonderful, the community is friendly and approachable, the maintenance staff are nice and helpful. There's a pretty cozy and easy-going feel here. I like it much better than being in giant apartment building with 3000 other people. People's dogs recognize you and the mail carrier is really sweet and remembers everyone.Review from Apartments.com

December 6, 2025I’ve enjoyed living at the Boulevard Apartments since 2019, and it has truly been a comfortable place to call home. The location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of shops and essential services just minutes away. I also appreciate the pool and the gym — even though they’re on the smaller side, they’re well-maintained and great to have. Plus, the staff in the leasing office is fantastic to work with; they’re always friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. The neighborhood is good to live ...in globally.Property Manager Responded

November 25, 2025Living here has been stressful my ac unit almost caught fire,my neighbor had to give me fans from his house cause he thought the building was on fire thats how we met the smoke from my ac unit went into his bathroom, utility company did not work so they charged us for old bill on expired lease, the water is starting to smell like sewer when you start it but no color water so idk how to feel, the neighbors upstairs stomp around on week nights sometimes til 3 or 4 am,I had another text me asking me ...if I hear it too that's how loud it is, my dish washer had to be replaced then at first it wouldn't drain. I contacted the property office again, I will try to move soon.Property Manager Responded

October 21, 2025Love living at the Boulevard Apartments. I'm at the point in life where I am considering if it's time to move to a retirement home. August 31, 2025Construction seems incredibly thin. Unrelenting noise from upstairs neighbors from 3AM to 5AM by adults and a running child. Which means the only quiet hours we get is from 3AM to 5 AM daily. So cannon recommend The Boulevard to anyone at this time since the lease noise agreement we all sign is not enforced by the Management to protect lease abiders from it’s violators..Property Manager Responded

August 25, 2025The community is quiet and well-maintained, and the management team is always responsive and helpful. I appreciate the modern amenities like the gym, pool, and secure parking. My unit is spacious with lots of natural light, and I’ve felt comfortable and safe here since day one. It's also conveniently located near shops and restaurants, which makes daily life a lot easier.
