August 31, 2025Construction seems incredibly thin. Unrelenting noise from upstairs neighbors from 3AM to 5AM by adults and a running child. Which means the only quiet hours we get is from 3AM to 5 AM daily. So cannon recommend The Boulevard to anyone at this time since the lease noise agreement we all sign is not enforced by the Management to protect lease abiders from it’s violators..Property Manager Responded

August 25, 2025The community is quiet and well-maintained, and the management team is always responsive and helpful. I appreciate the modern amenities like the gym, pool, and secure parking. My unit is spacious with lots of natural light, and I’ve felt comfortable and safe here since day one. It's also conveniently located near shops and restaurants, which makes daily life a lot easier. July 2, 2025Best place to live minutes from minutes from the Galleria minutes from downtown pizza places bars, restaurants the village is close by so much to shopping and so much to do. There’s a wine bar close by. There is a brewery two streets away a French wine place also on the next street and an art gallery right across the street that has plenty of art events all the time.Property Manager Responded

June 2, 2025I really like living here. It’s quiet and peaceful and the neighbors are friendly. The complex is located next to an established residential neighborhood and I like walking through it in the late evening. It is pleasant and I feel safe. It is close to Rice Village where there are lots of restaurants and eateries. It’s also conveniently located near grocery stores like Krogers and HEB. It’s a short drive to the Galleria also. April 25, 2025I've been living at Boulevard Apartment for almost a year now, and overall it's been a great experience. The building is modern and well-maintained, with clean common areas and responsive management. The location is super convenient—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, which makes daily life much easier. My unit is spacious and gets plenty of natural light, and I especially love the view from the balcony. Only downside is that parking can be a bit tight, especially on weekends, and ...sometimes noise from the street can be noticeable. But all in all, I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to live in the city.Property Manager Responded
