Disappointing experience
February 28, 2023Some tenants have been smoking in their apartments for over a year. There is no retail due to the ongoing lawsuit. There is no gym. There are no other amenities without being charged extra. If you’re looking for a luxury apartment, I would not recommend.Review from Apartments.com
Pretty good until new management
August 19, 2022I enjoyed living here for the past year despite issues with extremely noisy neighbors. However, there is new management that raised monthly rent by $400 and is now charging $300 (+$300 refundable deposit) to reserve the rooftop deck, which was previously a free service. The rooftop deck is the only amenity at this complex and is supposed to function as a common, shared space. Now, during a time of social reconnection, they’ve decided to profit off the high demand and only allow people with a ...spare $600 to use the space to celebrate. The new management doesn’t care about the residents - they only care about money, which is disappointing and disgusting.Property Manager Responded
