The apartment is great. I have lived here since January 2017. The building is maintained and is cleaned daily. There are community events that are held that are nicely organized. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Most maintenance issues are resolved within a few days, unless the building is having maintenance work. It is centrally located and easily accessible to DC. My only issue with the apartment since 2017 is the pet smell on the elevator, however they recently added air fresheners ...

Great start so far. There is a very welcoming staff. The apartment is very quiet despite closeness to metro ... and there is lots of natural light. Closeness to the Metro, old town, and Del Ray are great! So far, so good!

Just moved in and am loving the apartment and the area! The building is well maintained and close to the metro. Metro access provides quick travel into DC and the walkable area provides the ability to navigate the area without requiring a car.

Update after 3 years at the Bradley. I renewed my lease, can’t say better things about living here. Maintenance team is just as excellent and professional as they’ve always been. Recently had a minor issue fixed within 2 hours of submitting request. Management is great and responsive. Neighbors have been respectful and we still maintain a fairly quiet community. I haven’t had any issues with my specific unit and I take pride in where I live. Excited for year 4!

Reliant parking is a very annoying system. Other apartments I’ve been to have just given out passes themselves, or had an easier system to manage visitor requests (I.e. no printing, just fill out a form online). Otherwise the building is nice and the staff are helpful.

Our team strives to deliver an excellent experience. You can also write down the pass number on a sheet of paper or anything and leave on your dashboard. If you did not want to print it.
