I regret moving into this complex. Management is unprofessional and constantly oversteps boundaries. Maintenance has come into my unit without proper notice, sometimes just after a quick knock, which feels like a complete violation of privacy.
They nickel and dime tenants with fees including overpriced dog rent, even when pets are on a so-called “banned breed list.” On top of that, utilities are outrageous compared to other places I’ve lived, yet nothing here justifies the cost. Lights lowest ...
$385-$876 at the highest.
The property itself is run down: repairs are delayed, “urgent” problems are used as excuses for unannounced entry, and common areas are poorly maintained. Rent goes up, but the quality of living goes down. This is a perfect example of what it appears to be is not what it seems.
