Glenwood Apartments-The Bristol

We had previously rented with Glenwood Management and found their properties of reasonable quality. We then moved to Bristol located at 56th St in NYC and even though the exterior looks pretty impressive, the interior look very dated with worn out carpets etc. The biggest disappointed was that since our apartment was next to the gym, we were told that it was very well sound proofed. That was not correct and we can hear everyone on the treadmill day in and day out. When we complained , we were ...

told that we can't move to another apartment and if we wanted to, had to pay extra. This was not fair as if we would not have taken the apartment if the noise coming from the gym was this loud and did not appreciate being lied to that the noise from gym was well contained.
