October 4, 2024Not a horrible place to live but they need major adjustments. They charge exorbitant fees for everything adding up to hundreds of extra each month. They even charge you to pay them! The fees make it more expensive then some of the newer nicer properties only blocks away. I’ve been told that ‘walking’ in my own apartment is disruptive after 10pm. Constant broken amenities and always smells like dog pee. For these prices I see why several units are now vacant. Been here less than half of my lease ...term and considering breaking it.
