June 28, 2021The management at this apartment is horrible they do not care about the people that live here at all. i’ve been living here for almost a year and since then I’ve seen bugs almost every day and I’ve complained about them month after month after month and nothing has been done. they will always tell me that they will get someone out to come spray but no one ever comes. I’d go back to the office to complain about the bugs again and the manager acts as if he doesn’t even care. they have you paying ...$15 a month for pest control and no one even comes to complete the service that you’re paying for. that’s wasting someone’s hard earned money for no reason i’ve been here since October 2020 and I’ve only seen pest control come two times to spray my apartment. that is unacceptable and don’t even get me started on the uncleanliness and filthiness of this apartment complex. there’s always trash everywhere in the parking lot the garbage is always overflowing the apartment itself is run down and simply bad business. The maintenance is horrible as well I would not recommend anyone living here you have to wait almost 2 to 3 months on end just for the maintenance to come and fix one problem that you have. and when they do come they leave behind a huge mess and don’t even clean up behind themselves or at least try to clean up their mess. they came to my apartment one day in left mud tracks from their boots all over my floor crumbs of mud everywhere in my restroom. anyone that signs a lease here would be wasting their money this place needs to be shut down because it is not acceptable at all the pictures on the website is nothing of how it looks in person it is horrible. The AC is never working here when it stops working it take weeks just to get it running again. And the complex is supposed to be gated but yet the gate is always broken do not sign a lease with this apartment complex save your self the headache and troubleProperty Manager Responded

It is NOT as they advertise
April 23, 2021This post can’t say enough of how bad this place has turned into. I decided to write this review because the prior 5-stars review was made before the current management took place. I was fooled by that review and moved here. The apartments here are NOT smoke free, even though they advertise it as smoke free. My apartment gets full of smoke. I have brought the situation to the manager’s awareness many times and they do nothing for you. There’s no filters in the HVAC registers to protect us. I even ...wrote an email and offered to have someone installing the filters for free if they get the filters, but they didn’t reply. They don’t care at all! There is trash everywhere and dumpsters always overflowing. The other day one of the dumpsters exploded and was in flames. Very often you’ll be woken up early in the morning with your neighbor screaming at someone or slamming doors, or not be able to sleep due to their loud music. It’s very insane at times. If you are looking for a peaceful and clean place, then this is not a place for you.Property Manager Responded

January 28, 2020I've have been living here for almost 2 years. I have not had a problem here. The maintance workers are very helpful. They fix your problem as best they can. you have friendly neighbors. the office workers are nice and friendly. The rent is very affordable.Property Manager Responded
