We love The Bruin

I have pretty high standards; my child has lived in many apartments that are similar in the area. The Bruin is our favorite. We have had a few issues, some our fault some theirs, but all have been resolved timely and appropriately. We appreciate the management staff at the bruin very much.

Bad corporate management, maintenance issues

This apartment is managed by a massive corporation and only does the bare minimum for maintenance, services, etc. Expect to wait months for even the simplest of repairs (if they come at all). I lived here before the new change in management and can say with certainty that this place has gone significantly downhill. It’s a shame; used to be pretty nice.

I like the point system app where we get to earn gift cards. Back gates has been opened since Monday 06/05/2023 not sure if the app isn’t working or gates are broken. Other than that the apartment buildings and surroundings are amazing!
