and Colby assured me that a unit coming available would be ready for me on August 6, 2022 and knew that I would be paying my deposit on July 15. They all knew my timeline. Because I was given wrong info from the very start about the application process, I had to make constant efforts to gain correct info and clarification because these people would NOT return my calls or answer the phone. I've called the leasing office no less than 30-40 times in 3 weeks. Left dozens of vx mails. Actually spoke to them less than a handful of times. All in efforts to get correct information so I could complete my application and get my deposit made. I actually called the management company CMS in Ft. Smith, AR for help and spoke to Matt, who promised to look into it and call me back. That didn't happen either. Finally, yesterday I get an email telling me they've decided to lease the promised unit out to another applicant. Due to their own inadequacies, they rented that out from under me because they simply didn't know wtf they were doing to start with and didn't know how to fix the mess they created with me. I don't know a thing about this complex except that it checked all my boxes for relocating from out of state. But the leasing office and the offsite management company holds true to all previous reviews about lack of communication for tenants and potential tenants. The history of unprofessionalism could never make up for anything good about the place.
