Although we enjoyed the community as we have rented two different apartments. We needed to move out early and was aware that there was a buyout fee which we agreed to paying. We paid rent on time every single month! When it came time to pay our buyout fee, my Domuso account was non existent, we received no final bill in the mail or via email. As we move forward now it is past the move out date and we still can’t locate where to pay our bill (we are still within our 30 days). The leasing office ...
isn’t helping, just letting us know that the manager won’t honor the final buyout bill because it is now after we have moved, but that we are within the 30 days still so we can file a grievance through them. Again we are within the 30 days and still nobody at the Bungalows will direct us where to pay our bill! Do better and make this right as we are honest people who just want to pay their bill!!
