Don't live here. The only thing worth while is the view and the maintenance guys. Everything reeks of marijuana, the halls and elevators are filthy and the elevators breakdown every week. The owners don't put any money into improving the building, he barely invests in keeping it running.

The views and staff are second to none! The neighbors are polite and always say hello. This is a great community to live! I love that dog owners pick up after their dogs and the dog park is always clean. Management and Maintenance respond quickly and professionally!

I love living at The Cabochon. Have met some delightful people and families who live here. Having an elevator sure makes my life easier, and there is usually people having coffee or working at the computers downstairs if I feel the need to socialize.
It's a clean building, doing touch up paint if a mover dings the wall. Well maintained.
