Everything reeks of marijuana, the halls and elevators are filthy and the elevators breakdown every week. The owners don't put any money into improving the building, he barely invests in keeping it running.Property Manager Responded

Having an elevator sure makes my life easier, and there is usually people having coffee or working at the computers downstairs if I feel the need to socialize. It's a clean building, doing touch up paint if a mover dings the wall. Well maintained.
