Best apartment I’ve ever moved into.
May 23, 2025Best apartment I’ve ever moved into in my life. They are quick to respond respectful nice driven. They have a view of the city. Everything is always kept up. If you are complaining about noises in the apartment you need to move out of an apartment and get a home because every single apartment on this planet has noise if you cannot handle it and you think it’s everyone else’s fault but yours for moving in to any apartment, it is your fault. 10 out of 10 worst place I've ever lived... read on
January 13, 2023Do you ever sit, and ponder, what oh what could the people around you be doing? Well this is the perfect apartment for you, especially if you have the joy of moving into anything on the 4th floor or below. Why you ask? Well let me tell you... imagine everyday you get to sit and contemplate the actions of your upstairs neighbors for not moments, but hours on end. Dumping and sorting of nuts and bolts all afternoon? Check. Cosplay Spider-Man antics? Check. At home version of whack-a-mole? Check. ...Re-enactments of Jurassic Park. Oh boy CHECK! Don’t worry, they’re here to entertain… no tv, sound machine, ear plugs, headphones or music will allow you to escape. Around 10pm until about 2am is when these glorious specimens really amplify the volume as they develop their skills as backup dancers for Russian Hopak right above your bedroom to ensure your quiet time doesn’t grow too intrusive. The best part.. you can feel these activities like a Disney ride.. the pounding straight to your chest, the vibrations through your furniture, the shaking of your artwork and get ready to watch your water tremble. I can only imagine patrons of Action Park has this much fun. I mean, sleep is for the weak after all. What else does the Calvert offer? As you enter you’ll realize the official scent is ganja, handicap parking is meant for luxury vehicles owners who are now financially handicap not those with actual placards and handicaps, and if you have pets who have to relieve themselves outside, just let them poop on your balcony and then sweep it off onto the sidewalk and apartment below. What’s better is they’re aware, the neighbors, the building, the management. It has been 4 months and you have yet to lease our old apartment, thank you for validating our claims... though you diligently feigned ignorance at our 25+ noise complaints/videos/recordings/and physical proof (though you couldn't admit to that on paper, because how would you swindle another property management company into buying this atrocity in the future) So please if some hapless tenant decides to take on this ride of doom, please do disclose the lack of quiet enjoyment they will have so long as your value systems stands in its current order. If you think you can master this living space like a glorious blue barracuda battling the final rounds in Legends Of The Hidden Temple, brava, step right up.Property Manager Responded

Don't Live here
November 4, 2022This was the worst apartment I have ever lived in. We broke our lease after 3 months of dealing with unresolved noise disturbances from our upstairs neighbors. There are some structural issues with the building causing rooms and walls to shake from any impact to the floors above and below.Property Manager Responded

The best apartment community in Charlotte
October 29, 2022The Calvert has been the best apartment building I have lived in to date. My apartment is beautiful! The bathrooms are so uniquely designed, unlike any other apartment I’ve seen in the area. The staff really care about the well being of each resident. David, Brandon and Marcus work so hard to keep the property clean and new and Chandler and Samantha always keep the residents happy and the property running. I appreciate you all! Location can’t be beat- right next to the Greenway and minutes from ...South End/Uptown. The common areas are stunning, free coffee, quiet office spaces, great gym and fun events. WARNING DO NOT GO HERE
January 28, 2022I was trying to rent out a 2b 2b apartment with them. The application process became complicated and it was hard to get in contact with Ashley. She was very uninterested and took long to reply. When we finally had our application it has been taken days for her to respond to any of our questions. We decided to go to another apartment complex with better management but still haven’t received our refund for our applications. We also had another application that had been paid and never received the ...refund even after they had been notified. Overall very unprofessional people and if you are wanting to later on deal with people who do not care then this is the place.Property Manager Responded
