    The building overall is amazing! The staff is the nicest and super fast responders. Management is super efficient and understandable, we have multiple integration events to make all of us feel part of a community. I am very happy to call the Capitol my home.

    The management team and staff at the Capitol are truly incredible! I have lived in Manhattan for 15 years and have not come across a building as well managed. Karla and Kate are so kind, helpful, and amazing at their jobs. All of the doormen knew me and my dog by name within a week of us moving in.

    It's a nice building with friendly representatives but is currently undergoing a lot of poorly managed construction. When all of the work is over I suspect the building will be extremely enjoyable again but until then I wouldn't necessarily advocate moving there.

    Do not move here! The entire building is currently undergoing massive construction and so far it seems that nothing will be completed on schedule. Elevators never work, we’ve been taking the stairs due to long wait times and lines of people stretching to the lobby. Management is constantly making excuses as to why the elevators don’t work. Additionally management is indifferent to all residents concerns about this ongoing, very disruptive construction. Furthermore we are paying for amenities that ...
    have not been available for almost a year. Rents are still sky high even though we are living in a noisy, dirty, eye sore of a construction zone. Please look elsewhere to rent in Chelsea.

    The Capitol is a fantastic place to live. Best location in the city in my opinion. The employees are extremely friendly. Amenities are top notch. The building is always clean and well taken care of. I highly recommend living at the Capitol!

    We love this building and our one bedroom apartment. Staff is exceptionally friendly and professional. The amenities are beautiful and well kept. The building does a great job to make sure we feel comfortable and at home. Apartment units are updated, with great appliances and lots of natural light (which we love!). We would highly recommend the Capitol Chelsea.

    The entire application and move in process could not have gone smoother. The staff at The Capitol, especially Kylie were extremely helpful and responsive to all of our questions. By far the best service weve received from any management company we have dealt with in NYC previously. Weve been in the apartment for about a month and have nothing but good things to say. The amenities and the apartment is gorgeous and we hope to stay here long term!
