About The Carlin Senior Apartment Community

Created exclusively for adults 55 and older, The Carlin Senior Apartment Community combines all of the comforts of home with the retirement lifestyle you have always dreamed of. The Carlin, located in Ballston Quarter offers all the conveniences of city life with the advantages of an affordable monthly rent (*income restrictions apply). Sit back, relax, and let us take care of the details. There is controlled access to the building and free underground parking for its residents. Our community is located 10 minutes from Washington, D.C., one block from the Ballston Mall Shopping Center, two blocks from a major grocery store, and is surrounded by a variety of restaurants and other entertainment options. The Carlin recently is undergoing a $11.5 million renovation (that is scheduled to be completed 12/31/2020) which incorporates green development and energy-efficient measures and promotes the principals embraced by a growing number of developers in the southeastern part of the United States. The Carlin is currently striving to complete the High-Performance Multifamily Building Certification Program with Earthcraft.
